1. Services

We provide digital design and web development services, including (but not limited to): website design and development, brand identity, UI/UX design, and digital consulting. All project details, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, are defined in a separate project proposal or service agreement tailored to each client.

2. Quotes & Payments

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Quotes are estimates only and do not constitute a final invoice.
Work will commence upon written acceptance of the quote and confirmation of the required deposit, if applicable.
A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before the commencement of any work.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Revisions & Approvals

Projects include a set number of revisions as specified in the project scope.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Final approval is required before files are delivered or websites are launched.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved designs transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless requested otherwise in writing.
Drafts, concepts, or unused ideas remain the intellectual property of NorthByte.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear project requirements and timely feedback
Supply necessary assets (e.g., logos, content, imagery)
Respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays
We are not responsible for project delays caused by client inaction or incomplete information.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Either party may cancel the project with written notice.
In the event of cancellation, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.
We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of final designs complies with applicable laws, regulations, and copyrights.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and agree not to disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
